Kraft Heinz is seeking an Analyst for FP&A & Commercial Finance Intelligence in Mexico City. You will be the analytical and technical core of the GCC team, building data pipelines, maintaining dashboards, and delivering finance analytics for BU CFOs.

You will work across FP&A and Commercial Finance, validating outputs and supporting AI agent workflows. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams, ensuring data integrity, documenting processes, and delivering insights to enable rapid,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or data analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; able to build pipelines and transformations.
• Experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data platform.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards used by finance professionals.
• Understanding of FP&A mechanics, variance analysis, and trade spend concepts.
• Ability to validate outputs and investigate discrepancies before presenting results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain Snowflake data pipelines for FP&A and Commercial Finance analytics.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards across FP&A and Commercial Finance.
• Support month-end close and forecast deliverables with automated outputs.
• Support Snowflake Cortex AI agents for FP&A workflows and validate outputs.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation against SAP/S4 source data.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support and scenario modeling for BU CFO requests.
• Maintain documentation of pipeline logic, data models, and dashboards.
