Grupo Rotoplas is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Projects to support the Group Accounting & Tax Director in day‑to‑day finance operations and lead major transformation initiatives.

This role covers financial reporting, system migrations, vendor sourcing, and process improvements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness for growth across the organisation in Mexico. You will collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to streamline group‑wide processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
• 12–15 years of finance experience with cross‑border exposure.
• Proven expertise in finance operations, ERP migration, and transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and reporting.
• Excellent project management and cross‑functional stakeholder skills.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee group‑wide financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
• Lead ERP/system migration, automation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to streamline processes.
• Provide guidance to finance team and support board‑level reporting.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement within the finance function.
