Job summary

Novonesis seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Operations & Projects to partner with the Group Accounting & Tax Director in running day-to-day finance operations and driving major transformation initiatives across the organisation.

You will oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance, guide ERP/system migrations and automation projects, and collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to streamline processes for future growth in the events industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 12–15 years of finance experience with cross-border exposure.
• Proven expertise in finance operations and ERP migrations.
• Experience leading transformation projects and vendor sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, and reporting.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness per international standards.
• Lead finance transformation projects including ERP migrations and automation.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations to streamline processes.
• Provide guidance and support to the finance team and management reporting.
