RGP in Mexico City seeks an experienced project management professional focused on delivering strategic transformation programs for Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or enterprise financial systems. You will lead end-to-end ERP modernization and financial platform implementations across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder management, with experience in SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Financials, or PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related.
• 8+ years delivering complex finance transformation programs in banking or financial services.
• English language proficiency required (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead programs focused on Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or financial systems modernization.
• Oversee end-to-end ERP implementations ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives.
• Develop governance frameworks, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation with governance standards.
• Partner with executives to align initiatives with business priorities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls during delivery.
