Citigroup Inc. in Cuernavaca seeks an experienced Field Sales Lead Officer to drive customer service and meet sales targets for financial products.

You will leverage broad product knowledge to match client needs and work with the Consumer Sales team to maximize performance across assigned districts. The role requires 6–10 years of relevant experience, field and credit expertise, and the ability to work from a home office a substantial portion of the time.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong communication skills.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in sales/credit.
• Licenses: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 (as listed) or equivalent qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing short and long product-level strategies to ensure delivery of the financial plan.
• Drive field execution of credit initiatives and hit credit goals.
• Develop and implement a strategy/contact model for Field Sales Representatives.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
• Collect market intelligence on best practices, client feedback, and competition.
• Support development of a field intelligence system for reporting competitive activity.
• Maintain relationships with internal and Retail Partners and manage escalated credit issues.
• Develop and manage cost center budgets and expenses.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
