Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer to serve as team or site leader, guiding technicians and ensuring best-in-class client experience across Field Engineering operations. You will troubleshoot and resolve escalations, support new product rollouts, and act as a subject matter expert.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, possible technical certification or Associate Degree, and typically 7+ years of experience in the area of responsibility. Unisys is an equal opportunity employer.

• Provide direction to technicians and site teams.

• Assist in providing technical training and improvement programs.
• Engage with dissatisfied clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
