CommScope Inc. seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of building facilities and related equipment, ensuring maximum production quality and uptime.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs (TPM) and coordinate with external contractors as needed while maintaining a safe work environment. The role requires engineering background and 5–7 years of manufacturing facilities management experience, with strong EHS compliance and cross-site leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electromechanical).
• 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in management and maintenance of manufacturing facilities.
• Multi-site experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; energy-saving techniques; and water treatment systems.
• English proficient (80%).

Responsabilidades

• Manage departments under responsibility (Building Maintenance, MRO, TPM, Housekeeping).
• Lead and communicate company direction to direct supervisors.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety requirements.
• Lead layout changes, expansions, equipment installations.
• Monitor utility costs and propose cost-saving alternatives.
• Ensure product quality related to facilities function.
• Stop a line or machine when unsafe conditions exist.
• Develop capital plans for equipment replacement or building improvements.
• Coordinate energy-saving programs and projects.
