TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations, facility management, and TPM initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will maximize equipment reliability, drive OEE improvements, and guide continuous improvement efforts while ensuring a safe working environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Maintenance, 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of TPM, PM, and PdM.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
• Experience improving OEE, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continuously improve TPM programs.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Drive equipment reliability and OEE improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
• Lead maintenance and facilities teams, including training and performance management.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and resources.
• Partner with Production and Engineering teams to support operational goals.
• Promote Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
