CommScope is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager in Ciudad Juárez to oversee building and equipment operations, ensuring maximum production quality and uptime. You will drive preventive maintenance, TPM, and energy-saving projects while coordinating internal teams and external contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Manage departments: Building Maintenance, MRO, TPM, and Housekeeping to meet company objectives.
• Lead and communicate company direction to direct supervisors to achieve goals.
• Enforce safety requirements and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
• Oversee layout changes, equipment installations, and TPM initiatives.
• Develop energy-saving programs and capital plans for equipment replacement.
