Copeland in Mexico is seeking a skilled SUPV III MAINTENANCE to lead the site maintenance team in Chihuahua. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime, while ensuring safety and compliance with procedures.
Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and other functions to drive continuous improvement, cost control, and asset reliability.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership.
- Experience managing maintenance personnel.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and supervise maintenance team with focus on safety and continuous improvement.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Manage departmental maintenance expenses and identify cost reductions.
- Provide regular updates on maintenance performance and KPIs.
