Formación

• 8 Years of experience in IT areas.
• Advanced knowledge in MS SQL Server.
• Extensive experience in ERP modules such as Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Production Planning.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in ERP integration with WMS, MES, CRM, EDI, and logistics/shipping software.

Responsabilidades

• Support end users by diagnosing and resolving system problems.
• Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders on IT issues.
• Analyze business processes and recommend optimizations.
• Train end users on effective use of business applications.
• Monitor application support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
