Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in supporting enterprise/ERP products.
• 4+ years handling P1 support cases and escalations.
• Hands-on experience in ERP support, installations, upgrades.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to QAD products.
• Perform Progress DBA tasks including optimization and backups.
• Manage support requests through established ticketing systems.
