TikTok is seeking a Senior Risk Manager for its Mexican entity to own enterprise risk management, business continuity, and regulatory reporting across markets. You will design risk policies, monitor liquidity and settlement risks, and coordinate with CNBV/Banxico while aligning with global risk governance.

Ideal candidates bring extensive senior risk management experience in regulated payments or fintech, strong judgment, and the ability to translate risk into actionable boards-level reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive, senior-level experience in enterprise risk management, especially in regulated payments/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of risk governance, policies, and reporting to senior management and boards.
• Experience engaging with CNBV/Banxico or external auditors on risk management matters.

Responsabilités

• Own the IFPE enterprise risk management policies and business continuity design.
• Lead risk reporting to the Board and Risk Committee; coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Outside Counsel.
• Develop and enhance operational, liquidity, and counterparty risk frameworks for an e-money issuer.
• Support and train teams on LRITF requirements and risk governance expectations.
