TikTok is seeking a senior Compliance Officer (AML/CFT) for its Mexican IFPE entity. The role designates Oficial de Cumplimiento, accountable for AML/CFT oversight, risk management, and regulatory reporting to authorities in Mexico.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with CNBV, Banxico, UIF, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance design, monitoring, and reporting. This is a leadership position requiring strong regulatory judgment and practical experience in fintech regulation.

Formación

• Extensive, senior-level AML/CFT compliance experience in regulated payments or fintech.
• Experience as Oficial de Cumplimiento or senior AML function within a CNBV-supervised institution.
• Experience engaging with CNBV, Banxico, UIF or law enforcement authorities.
• Understanding of electronic payments ecosystem and AML/CFT risk.

Responsabilidades

• Act as designated Oficial de Cumplimiento for the IFPE and report to the Board.
• Coordinate governance and AML/CFT policies with regulatory bodies.
• Liaise with CNBV, Banxico, UIF and regulators on AML/CFT matters.
• Lead responses to inspections and audits and supervise remediation.
• Oversee risk assessments and AML/CFT control framework across the customer lifecycle.
