Job summary

Flex Ltd in Juarez, MX is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to perform complex engineering tests, analyze results, and develop hardware for product testing. You will collect data, follow blueprints, and assemble modified components for industrial equipment and machinery.

Qualifications

Typically requires 10 years of related engineering experience.
Associates degree or equivalent vocational training or experience.

Responsibilities

Performs complex engineering tests, checkouts, and development engineering tasks.
Analyses test results and implements changes to resolve problems.
Collects data, analyzes results and implements procedures.
Reviews instructions and blueprints to determine test specs and methods.
Devises, fabricates and assembles new or modified mechanical components.
Sets up tests of complete units under operational conditions to gather data.
Tracks test procedures and results and recommends changes.
Maintains software, documentation and equipment to current specs.
Assists engineers in developing hardware and software for testing customer products.
Trains technicians on products, processes and equipment.
