Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Juarez is seeking a Technical Process Engineering Associate to support setup and monitoring of processing equipment on the production floor. The role involves running tests, recording results, and presenting data to engineering to resolve yield issues.

You will provide technical assistance to process development and engineering teams, configure line changes, perform corrective maintenance, and follow escalation protocols to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training.
• Typically requires 4-6 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs set-up of processing equipment.
• Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
• Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
• Line change configuration.
• Performs corrective maintenance.
• Follows escalation procedures.
