Job summary

Flex is seeking a Test Technician in Aguascalientes to support SMT lines and inspection equipment. You will develop programs, analyze equipment data, and propose improvements to ensure products meet customer specifications and function reliably.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, implementing improvements, and providing technical support to SMT lines while ensuring alignment with cost and time objectives for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with inspection equipment and program development.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams.
• Familiar with 110/220V systems.
• Basic Windows OS knowledge.
• Knowledge of AOI, SPI and AXI inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new programs in inspection equipment.

• Adjust SMT fault escapes.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Technician located in Aguascalientes. His main task is to provide technical support to the SMT lines in the inspection equipment, as well as analysis of output data from the equipment, continuous improvement within the area. Program development, implementation of new products and follow up of secondary activities to improve the inspection area and prepares design proposals to reflect cost, time, and alternative actions to satisfy existing and future needs of the corporation.

What a typical day looks like

• Development of new programs in inspection equipment.
• Inspection equipment failure solutions
• Adjustment of possible SMT fault escapes
• Implementation and improvement of inspection equipment.
• Ensures product is completed and that attains customer’s requirements along with functions properly.
• Analyses, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
• Technical support to SMT lines.
