PACTIV FOODSERVICE MEXICO seeks a Senior Manager of Operating Unit Engineering – International to lead engineering across multiple manufacturing facilities in Mexico and the United States. The role drives safety, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement, overseeing capital deployment and standardization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Plastics, Manufacturing, Packaging, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering or technical operations experience with multi-site leadership responsibility.
• Experience in thermoforming, extrusion, printing, converting, and packaging operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering strategy and execution across international manufacturing facilities.
• Provide technical leadership for thermoforming operations producing food packaging products.
• Support extrusion, printing, labeling, and related processes across multiple materials.
• Serve as technical authority for flexographic printing, bag printing, roll-to-roll printing, labeling.
• Drive improvements in OEE, throughput, yield, scrap reduction, and energy utilization.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality and Operations to improve process capability and product quality while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Travel up to 75% with location in Zapopan when not traveling.
