Continental Industry in Mexico is seeking a senior leader to manage Manufacturing Engineering and Facility Management for the plant. You will translate strategy into action plans, drive capital projects, and lead cross-functional teams to meet targets in quality, cost and safety.

Formación

• University degree in production or engineering management, industrial engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, with cross-functional exposure.
• Experience in rubber and plastic production processes.
• 3+ years in a leadership role, supervising technical teams.
• Experience collaborating with international teams; English proficiency is mandatory.
• Familiar with CBS/Lean principles and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Knowledge of production management, quality management and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate Manufacturing Engineering and Facility Management functions.
• Translate strategy into action plans and ensure implementation.
• Support plant budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement through CBS methods.
• Lead cross-functional projects and develop personnel.
• Ensure alignment with production and supply chain processes.
