Continental Industry in Mexico is seeking a Production Manager to lead the plant's production function and drive daily operations. You will translate strategic production goals into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure targets are met with high quality and efficiency.

The role requires leadership experience in manufacturing, start-up exposure, and strong English skills, with a focus on rubber and plastic processes and international collaboration.

Formación

• Experience leading production in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with rubber and plastic production processes preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate the production function of the plant/operations unit.
• Translate plant/operations unit's production strategy into action plans and ensure implementation.
• Contribute to strategic and operative planning of the plant/operations unit (investments, capacity, headcount).
• Ensure achievement of production targets according to customer expectations.
• Initiate and control investments for production equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using CBS methods and training.
