Danfoss Apodaca, MX is seeking a mid-senior Tecnico Electromecanico to maintain and repair automated manufacturing equipment, PLCs, drives and sensors. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and uptime in a high-volume line environment.

You will diagnose problems, perform preventive maintenance, read electrical schematics, and uphold lockout/tagout safety practices while collaborating with a skilled team to support quality and delivery commitments.

Formación

• Technical degree in Electromechanics/Mechatronics or related field with official diploma/certificate.
• Proven maintenance technician experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automation systems including PLCs.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, control diagrams, and technical docs and respond to high-priority failures.
• Experience with maintenance management systems and diagnostic tools such as multimeters, Megger, thermal cameras, and clamp meters.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation equipment issues to restore production safely and efficiently.
• Maintain PLC-controlled systems, servo drives, sensors, motors, and industrial equipment to maximize availability and reliability.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime and improve performance.
• Analyze recurring failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to improve long-term reliability.
• Apply lockout/tagout and machine safety practices during maintenance activities to protect people, equipment, and operations.
