MAHLE in Ramos Arizpe, MX is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to provide technical support to production and service areas, ensuring equipment reliability and driving continuous improvement across the plant.

The role involves supporting CNC controls, PLC systems, robotics and automation technologies (Fanuc, Okuma, Sinumerik, Kawasaki), mentoring technicians, and documenting technical processes to sustain OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance, Automation, or Manufacturing environments.
• Experience programming and troubleshooting Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
• Advanced knowledge of CNC controls, preferably Okuma systems.
• Experience working with Kawasaki robots and industrial automation equipment.
• Familiarity with machine vision systems, cameras, laser technologies, and electrical control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, technical documentation, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide electrical technical support for production lines and support areas.
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring equipment issues and develop reaction plans, troubleshooting guides, and work instructions.
• Support CNC controls, PLC systems, robotics, and automation technologies.
• Train and mentor Electrical Maintenance Technicians.
• Support the implementation, installation, startup, and validation of new equipment and manufacturing projects.
• Develop and execute electrical equipment upgrades, backups, parameter management, and technical documentation.
