Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior EHS Analyst to develop, implement, and continuously improve Environmental, Health & Safety programs in a manufacturing setting. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Facilities, HR, and Site Leadership to achieve EHS objectives and foster a safe, sustainable workplace.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of Mexican regulatory requirements, and proven ability to lead audits and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of STPS regulations and environmental compliance requirements.
• Occupational safety programs and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and compliance audits.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experience developing corrective and preventive action plans.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate EHS regulations and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of Mexican regulatory requirements, including STPS and environmental rules.
• Develop, implement, and administer site EHS programs and procedures.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and interface with government agencies.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement in environmental performance and safety initiatives.
• Provide EHS training to employees and contractors.
• Monitor EHS metrics and regulatory reporting activities.
