Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in TIJUANA, Mexico is seeking a Senior EHS Analyst to develop, implement, and continuously improve environmental, health, and safety programs. You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, HR, and site leadership to drive a proactive safety culture and environmental stewardship within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5–7 years of EHS experience, strong knowledge of STPS and ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of STPS regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and safety programs.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and compliance audits.
• Demonstrated project management experience and corrective-action planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate EHS regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of Mexican regulatory requirements, including STPS and environmental regulations.
• Lead or support incident investigations, near-miss analyses, and root cause identification.
• Coordinate internal audits, corporate assessments, customer audits, and external inspections.
• Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans for timely closure.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on environmental performance and safety.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
