Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across its manufacturing operations in Mexico. You will drive regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and a proactive safety culture while partnering with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will develop and implement preventive programs, lead behavior-based safety initiatives, and manage training to strengthen safety knowledge and performance. Advanced English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in EHS leadership roles in manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican STPS regulations.
• Experience with behavior-based safety programs.
• Experience delivering technical EHS training.
• Leadership in risk prevention and compliance initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Identify and control EHS risks in plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican EHS regulations and STPS.
• Develop preventive programs to reduce incidents.
• Lead behavior-based safety programs to strengthen culture.
• Drive resource use efficiency and waste management.

• Provide EHS training to employees.
• Monitor EHS performance and KPIs.
