Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of our partner, is seeking a Data Center Operations Director based in Mexico. You will lead multi-site programs for hyperscale and enterprise clients, directing engineering, PM, field services, supply chain, and operations to meet ambitious timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires strategic client partnership, P&L ownership, and the ability to build scalable infrastructure solutions while developing teams and governance frameworks across complex

Qualifications

• PMI PMP certification is required; PgMP preferred.
• 10-12 years total experience; 8-10 years PM; 4-5 years program mgmt.
• Experience leading programs valued at $100M+ across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and management of large-scale data center programs.
• Oversee end-to-end deployments, Day 2 operations, and governance.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Own P&L, revenue forecasting, budgets and cost control.
• Coordinate with account management and contract negotiations.
