Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Data Center Operations Director based in Mexico to lead large-scale hyperscale programs. You will manage end-to-end deployments, governance, and multi-site delivery, coordinating engineers, PMs, and field staff to meet ambitious timelines and budgets.

You will own P&L, forecast revenue, and drive client relationships with senior executives, while mentoring teams and promoting continuous improvement across delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is required. PgMP preferred.
• Approximately 10–12 years of total professional experience, incl. 8–10 years PM and 4–5 years in program mgmt.
• Experience leading at least three programs each valued at $100M+.
• Extensive data center operations and hyperscale deployments experience.
• Strong financial and commercial management including P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and management of large-scale data center programs.
• Oversee end-to-end deployments across multiple sites and workstreams.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with client requirements.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams including PMs and field staff.
• Establish governance, RACI, communication plans, and risk management.
