Legrand is seeking a Director of Operations to lead end-to-end operations for the Juarez, Mexico and Santa Teresa, NM facilities. The role drives strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous transformation to deliver safety, quality, delivery, and cost excellence.

You will partner across functions to align site performance with division strategy. Responsibilities include building cross-functional partnerships, leading capacity decisions, ensuring SIOP/IBP integration, and fostering

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing operations, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in a large and complex manufacturing environment, and 5+ years of significant strategic management and leadership experience.
• Proven Lean/continuous improvement experience with measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the vision and strategy for the facility and drive initiatives and actions to achieve them.
• Lead capacity and footprint decisions and ensure alignment with working capital and service objectives.
• Ensure effective integration of manufacturing and distribution operations to optimize service levels and lead times.
• Provide leadership to manufacturing groups to meet financial and operational goals.
• Identify barriers and implement effective solutions to minimize impact.
