Capital One Mexico is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to architect foundational platform capabilities and lead a high-performing team of 10+ product managers driving our global platforms. You will steer the strategy for large-scale systems enabling thousands of developers and millions of customers, balancing innovation with reliability in a complex, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in digital product management, with a track record of launching and scaling complex technical products.
• At least 5 years of experience in people leadership, managing managers or large teams of 10+ associates.
• Experience with global stakeholder management.
• Advanced English both written and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Orchestration & Strategy: Establish a multi-year roadmap for foundational technologies and balance bleeding-edge innovation with reliability.
• Matrixed Influence: Bridge between Mexico-based engineering hubs and US-based business leadership, crafting a POV to gain buy-in across geographies.
• Organizational Leadership: Lead and grow a team of 10+ Product Managers, raising the Product Craft in the region.
• Iterative Infrastructure Value: Break down massive architectural shifts into iterative releases delivering incremental value.
• Productizing the Developer Experience: Advocate for self-service capabilities, API-first design, and world-class documentation.
