EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead design, automation, deployment, and operations of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform using DevOps and SRE practices. You will drive solutions from concept to production, maturing IaC and CI/CD standards across the platform.

You will design scalable Connect architecture, automate deployments, and coordinate releases while integrating with AWS services and enterprise apps. Proficiency in Python/PowerShell/Bash is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of AWS architecture experience, including serverless and event-driven patterns.
• Technical leadership to own and modernize a production contact center platform.
• Project delivery skills to take solutions from concept through production.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with AWS CloudFormation and ongoing maintenance.
• Strong CI/CD skills with Git-driven development and pipeline design.
• Troubleshooting across cloud platforms, integrations, networking, and applications.
• Clear communication for release governance, reviews, and standards.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2).
• Nice to have: Octopus Deploy, Salesforce Service Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end ownership of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform from design through production operations.
• Design scalable Amazon Connect architecture, configuration, security controls, and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation.
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines with Git-based workflows and deployment governance.
• Automate deployments and operational tasks to improve reliability and recovery.
• Coordinate release management activities and code reviews.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and enterprise apps using serverless patterns.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across AWS services, networking, and applications.
