Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Monterrey seeks a skilled Desktop Administrator to deliver advanced technical support and endpoint management in an enterprise environment.

You will package, test, and deploy software using SCCM and Intune, troubleshoot Tier 3 incidents, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and business teams to maintain secure, productive endpoints. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Windows experience, hands-on SCCM/Intune, and knowledge of AD/Group Policy with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Windows operating systems in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune, including software deployment, patch management, and endpoint administration.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Visual Basic, command-line tools, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Package, test, and deploy software using SCCM and Intune following client standards and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex Tier 3 incidents and support patch management and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and endpoint management best practices.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Information Security, and business teams to optimize client technology standards and roadmaps.
