Responsibilities include troubleshooting, client support, documentation for Cmmi processes, and mentoring junior developers to uphold best practices in asset management services.

Formación

• Experience with Asset Management services and ITIL processes.
• Strong coding standards and software development practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance asset management features; troubleshoot bugs and ad-hoc requests.
• Provide client support through data presentation, ticket resolution, and monitoring of client needs.
• Create and maintain Cmmi process and client requirement documentation to facilitate enhancements and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and promote best practices in asset management services.
