Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Design Systems Engineer who owns how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns into tokens, variables, modes, and core components for scalable pipelines across multiple brands.

This is a senior, systems-first role with a focus on precision, speed, and cross-brand consistency. You will work remotely from Latin America on full-time engagements with US clients.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants.
• Portfolio showing varied client work with consistent underlying rigor.
• Strong English with overlap to US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming.
• Ship core component libraries across entire sites, not just a homepage.
• Document the system so a developer or pipeline can execute it.
• Work across several client brands with the same structural rigor.
