Fresh Consulting in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the hardware team and lead systems design across multiple verticals. You will collaborate with the Seattle hardware team, design with SolidWorks, and communicate in English with clients in the U.S.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, proven leadership on design projects, and readiness to travel as needed. Initial remote work is available from Monterrey.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record as a Senior Mechanical Engineer leading systems design projects.
• Advanced English (B2+ to C1) for fluent technical discussions with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed mechanical designs for complex systems.
• Manage technical client interactions and coordinate with project managers.
• Mentor engineers and technicians.
• Create and manage models in SolidWorks.
• Build and test prototypes and present design reviews.
• Design and conduct tests to validate design compliance with requirements.
