Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Senior Demand Planner in Mexico to lead demand and supply planning, S&OP, and inventory management across manufacturing operations.

You will work with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle Planning, and Power BI to align supply with demand, optimize service levels, and drive cost efficiency. We offer an equal opportunity environment and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand and supply planning.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes.
• Experience with ERP and planning software.
• Ability to optimize inventory and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning activities for assigned product lines.
• Develop and maintain supply plans and capacity.
• Lead S&OP processes to align demand and supply.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across channels.
