Landis+Gyr in Reynosa, Mexico is seeking an experienced S&OP Leader to manage operational planning processes supporting the company's S&OP and S&OE framework. You will own monthly and weekly planning cycles, facilitate reviews, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to drive executive decisions across Sales, Product Management, Customer Delivery, Operations, and Finance.

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, and operations, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
• Basic understanding of P&L and the financial impact of operational decisions

• Manage and coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Facilitate Demand Review, Supply Review, and Pre-S&OP meetings.
• Consolidate planning assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Prepare materials and insights for leadership decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional Demand and Supply Reviews.
• Drive consensus demand and supply plans.
• Identify, assess, and elevate key risks, constraints, and opportunities.
• Recommend mitigation plans and business actions.
• Lead weekly S&OE reviews and execution processes.
• Coordinate resolution of supply-demand imbalances and service risks.
• Track and elevate critical operational issues.
• Maintain planning KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, service, and plan adherence.
• Provide actionable insights and performance recommendations.

Job Summary

The S&OP Leader is responsible for managing the operational planning processes that support the company's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) framework. This role owns the execution of the monthly and weekly planning cycles, facilitates demand and supply reviews, identifies risks and opportunities, develops planning recommendations, and provides actionable insights to the S&OP Manager for executive decision-making. The position serves as the operational integrator across Sales, Product Management, Customer Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring plans are aligned, risks are identified early, and decisions are escalated effectively through the planning governance structure.

Primary Responsabilities

• S&OP Process Execution
  • Manage and coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle.
  • Facilitate Demand Review, Supply Review, and Pre-S&OP meetings.
  • Consolidate planning assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Prepare materials and insights for leadership decision-making.
• Demand & Supply Review Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional Demand and Supply Reviews.
  • Drive consensus demand and supply plans.
  • Identify, assess, and elevate key risks, constraints, and opportunities.

  • Lead weekly S&OE reviews and execution processes.

  • Align stakeholders across Sales, Customer Delivery, Product Management, Operations, and Supply Chain.
  • Drive accountability for actions and planning commitments.
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.

Education and Experience

• 8 or more years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, and operations, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
• Basic understanding of P&L and the financial impact of operational decisions

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
