Job summary

Nissan Mexicana is seeking a Sr. Specialist Business Performance INFINITI in Mexico City.

This role analyzes dealer network performance across commercial, financial, and operational KPIs, identifying gaps and opportunities and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making and profitability. You will collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Sales Finance, Field Teams, and Dealer Partners to monitor performance, develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
2+ years in Business Analysis, Performance Management, Financial Analysis or related areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Understanding of KPIs, drivers, and metrics.
Advanced Excel and data analysis tool proficiency.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, and executive presentations.
Proficient PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
TOEIC-equivalent English proficiency (550+).

Responsibilities

Analyze dealer performance across commercial, financial, and operational KPIs.
Identify performance gaps, trends, risks, and root causes through data analysis.
Develop dealer performance diagnostics and management action recommendations.
Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and operational health.
Track action plans and ensure visibility and follow-up with stakeholders.
Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive presentations.
Support dealer segmentation and benchmarking to identify best practices.
Collaborate cross-functionally to link performance with key drivers.
Leverage BI and data visualization tools to improve reporting effectiveness.
Provide insights that drive network development and performance improvements.
