Job summary

Nissan Mexicana is seeking a skilled SCM Analyst to join the Aftersales team in a remote, full-time role in Mexico. The position covers daily administration, supplier performance tracking, and order management for dealers and export customers. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 4+ years in admin functions, and strong MS Office skills.

Knowledge of SAP, Access, Mainframe, or WMS is a plus. The role collaborates with North American suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of related administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP, Access, Mainframe or WMS is a plus.
• Experience with MRP or dynamic inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily Aftersales administration activities.
• Manages supplier penalty processes per Nissan guidelines.
• Distributes supplier scorecards for performance indicators.
• Manages ordering for dealers, export customers, batteries and keys.
• Oversees special order processes for internal requests.
• Updates databases and provides reports on backorders.
• Resolves invoice payment discrepancies with North American suppliers.
• Conducts post-mortem reviews of buyback cases and supports admin functions.
