Enroute in Monterrey seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery for value stream teams. You will analyze complex systems, define requirements, and support end-to-end capabilities with modern, scalable designs.

Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and testers to translate strategic goals into technical specifications, ensuring timely, high-quality solutions. Strong data engineering, AWS, and SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Data Engineering experience including data modeling, transformation, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based data solutions.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with Python for data processing, querying, validation, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Experience with data mapping and transformation logic.
• Understanding of system architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and data integration patterns.
• Ability to read and interpret system architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
• Experience with GitHub or other version control systems.
• Understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with Jira for project management.
• Familiarity with secure data handling, particularly sensitive financial data and PII.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and specifications aligned with project objectives.
• Design and support the implementation of scalable, flexible, and efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
• Evaluate existing systems, architectures, and processes to identify opportunities for optimization, integration, and improvement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and technical processes.
• Perform technical assessments and support solution delivery, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and post-deployment to minimize business disruptions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews, to support timely delivery.
• Recommend architectural improvements and technical best practices to enhance system scalability and performance.
