Job summary

Softtek in Monterrey seeks a senior architect to design enterprise data platforms and cloud architectures. Lead end-to-end data warehouse initiatives using AWS services like S3, Lambda, Glue, and Snowflake, with emphasis on data modeling and scalable patterns.

You will translate business needs into technical architectures, produce architecture diagrams and documentation, and collaborate across product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure secure, cost-effective, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing enterprise data platforms and data warehouses.
• Experience integrating AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, VPC).
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data and cloud architectures aligned with business, security, and cost requirements.
• Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Define solution patterns, data flows, and integration strategies.
• Architect scalable ETL/ELT architectures and cloud-based data solutions.
