Fitch Ratings is seeking a Data Engineer in Monterrey to design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms. You will lead a high-performing data engineering team, partner with the CDO and data product leaders, and help shape enterprise-wide self-service data capabilities.
The role emphasizes AWS-based architecture, data ingestion/transformation, and modern tooling for data quality and governance. Strong Python and API development are essential.

- 4–5 years hands-on leadership of technical data engineers.
- Proven AWS expertise (S3, EKS, Lambda, Glue, EMR, Redshift).
- Strong Python for data engineering and API development.
- Experience with data lakes/warehouses and modern data tools.
