MORSCO is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own the design and delivery of complex data pipelines, integrations, and data models that underpin analytics and reporting. You will collaborate with the Sr.

Data Engineering Manager and Enterprise Data Architect to translate architectural decisions into production-grade implementations and mentor the broader data engineering team. You will design and maintain batch and real-time data ingestion from ERP data, SaaS apps, and internal sources, leveraging

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience designing batch and real-time pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and ETL/ELT patterns.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ingestion pipelines from ERP, SaaS, and internal sources.
• Implement data solutions in Snowflake aligned to enterprise models.
• Choose data storage patterns (OLAP vs OLTP) based on latency and cost.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and standardize integrations.
• Provide data lineage, monitoring, and documentation.
• Mentor Data Engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Collaborate with BI, IT, and stakeholders to ensure accessible data.
