Salesforce is seeking a senior Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team to power AI-enabled Customer Success initiatives. You will design and scale data pipelines and graphs that ground AI agents in real-time, high-context data.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data, ensuring data freshness and robust operational standards across the stack.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a closely related technical role.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data graphs, and building robust ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience designing graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune) to support interconnected data structures.
• Strong command of Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Snowflake.
• Ability to troubleshoot production data issues and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Data Architecture & Development: Build the data architecture and catalog for AI consumption and human augmentation, leading with precision, rigor, and scale.
• Customer Graphs & Identity: Build on top of identity graphs, overlaying structured, unstructured, and real-time insights to power agentic systems and human-facing applications.
• Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce rigorous technical standards for data quality, latency, and index freshness.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering leaders, product managers, decision scientists, and data scientists to translate complex business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• AI Integration & Automation: Lead initiatives to automate data delivery pipelines across internal databases, third-party APIs, and the AI orchestration layer.
• Software Engineering: Build production-grade software with modern engineering practices and embed AI tools in daily workflows.
• Code Quality Assurance: Evaluate code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
• On-Call Support: Participate in on-call rotation to triage production data issues in real time.
