Clarios seeks a Global Knowledge Data Senior Analyst to transform the Global Knowledge Base into an AI-enabled, insight-driven capability. You will bridge data and business stakeholders across CX, Commercial, Marketing, Product, IT/Digital, and regional teams to turn complex information into scalable data products and decision-support tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional data analysis and analytics experience.
• Experience translating business needs into technical, data, or reporting requirements.
• Strong ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and readiness.
• Identify trends, gaps, root causes, and business opportunities in large datasets.
• Translate data into actionable insights, narratives, and executive-ready summaries.
• Develop dashboards and reports for knowledge utilization and platform performance.
• Define data standards, governance, and metadata structures; monitor data quality.
• Collaborate with CX, Commercial, Marketing, Product, IT, and regional teams.
• Support AI-enabled analytics, automation, and predictive analytics initiatives.
