Clarios seeks a Global Knowledge Data Senior Analyst to transform its Global Knowledge Base into an AI-enabled, insight-driven capability. You will structure and analyze data from customer, product, market, and operational sources to deliver actionable insights that improve customer experience and support regional growth.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with CX, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and IT teams, develop data products, dashboards, and decision-support tools, and help govern data

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or analytics.
• Experience translating business needs into analytical requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to support analysis.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across large datasets.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor knowledge utilization and platform performance.
• Support AI-enabled analytics, automation, and data product development.
• Define data standards and governance to improve data quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into requirements.
• Support testing and deployment of data updates and dashboards.
