Clarios seeks an Analytics Engineering Lead to translate global data and analytics strategy into scalable, secure analytics solutions that empower data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will lead technical design, development, and delivery of analytics products, metrics, integrations, and reporting capabilities while aligning with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing BI and analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, database design, normalization, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, SSAS, or similar BI technologies.
• Experience in Agile delivery with onshore and offshore teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable analytics solutions for decision-making.
• Ensure enterprise metrics are developed and deployed per global standards.
• Own the analytics delivery backlog and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable analytics solutions.
• Drive analytics use cases aligned with business priorities and architecture standards.
• Provide strategic input to the analytics roadmap and platforms.
