WPP Media, the AI-driven media operating unit of WPP, is seeking a BI Manager to design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Datorama, Tableau) and ensure accurate reporting across campaigns. You will align KPIs with measurement frameworks and collaborate with Data Operations and Data Engineering to build robust data architectures.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in BI, data analytics, or data QA in digital marketing or media environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI; experience with Datorama, Tableau, Looker valued.
• Advanced Excel; SQL, Python, or ETL scripting a plus.
• Strong QA, test-case planning, and data pipeline testing experience.
• Knowledge of ad-tech platforms and web analytics.
• Cloud exposure (GCP BigQuery, Dataflow; AWS/Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, teamwork in onshore/offshore models.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, update, and maintain highly interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting to reflect campaign performance.
• Support campaign measurement frameworks and KPI benchmarks.
• Manage reporting playbooks and schedules with cross-functional accountability.
• Design and execute robust test plans and automated validation scripts for data quality.
• Validate and reconcile data across visualization tools and data sources.
