Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates import/export customs declaration activities and documents.
• Maintains up-to-date records of all declarations per the E-Book register.
• Provides status updates on declarations to the operating department.
• Prepares documents for settlement of the E-Book register as instructed.
• Prepares new E-Book register documents as instructed by supervisor.
• Interfaces with other departments within plant operations.
• Works under informal supervision with periodic reviews.
• Recommends workflow improvements where appropriate.
• Performs data analysis on import and export activities.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
