Gentherm México is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to lead the customer service team and ensure timely, accurate data flow from customers and smooth SAP transactions. You will supervise reps, address discrepancies, and coordinate with the SCP team for demand planning and launches.

The role requires expertise in ERP planning, SAP, and MRP/MPS, with a focus on continuous improvement in service levels, costs, and delivery performance within the Monterrey manufacturing context.

Formación

• 5 years' experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in automotive industry and ERP planning.
• MRP/MPS, Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Strong teambuilding and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Customer Service Reps and manage weekly SAP releases.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
• Address discrepancies, claims and customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain SAP parameters to align with customer dates and transit times.
