Gentherm México, a global leader in thermal management solutions, seeks a Supply Planner to ensure materials availability per MRP demand and to coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery. The role emphasizes supplier evaluation, cost awareness, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-volume automotive environment.

You will participate in SIOPs, implement engineering changes with scheduling, and support production plans with timely procurement actions.

Formación

• Professional Degree plus 2 years of experience in equivalent role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish 100%
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in dealing with suppliers
• SAP /ERP system knowledge
• MRP/MPS knowledge
• Office (advanced Excel) knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Strong teambuilding

Responsabilidades

• Execute procurement in accordance with MRP demand and ensure raw materials availability.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner to procurement manager and communicate shortages.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and confirm on-time delivery against plans.
• Attend monthly SIOPs and provide action plans to mitigate risks.
• Evaluate suppliers and address capacity/delivery issues before impacting operations.
• Document and communicate monthly high-dollar procurement risks.
